Saved jobs

The Jobs board is home base for your search: every posting you save lands here, along with its status, tailored resume, and cover letter.

Adding jobs

Browser extension — capture the posting you're viewing in one click. See Browser extension.
Manually — add a job directly on the Jobs board by pasting the posting's details.

However a job arrives, it shows up with its title, company, and captured description ready to tailor against.

Tracking status

Each job carries a status you can update as your application progresses:

saved — captured, not yet applied
applied — application sent
interviewing — in process
offer — they said yes
rejected — they said no (it happens; keep the record)

Per-job actions

From a job's card you can:

Tailor — generate a resume tailored to this posting. The tailored PDF is linked to the job, with a "Tailored" badge, and can be filtered (tailored / not tailored) at the top of the board. See Tailoring & cover letters.
Cover letter — generate a cover letter grounded in your resume and this posting.
Delete — remove the job and its links.

Jobs and chat

Opening a chat with a job selected puts the posting in context: the assistant tailors against it and anything it generates is linked back to the job automatically.
