1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RezAI (the "Service"), an AI-powered resume builder operated by RezAI ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any API tokens you generate, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
  • Upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to submit;
  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or employment history in a way intended to deceive third parties;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with its operation, or circumvent rate limits or security measures;
  • Use automated means to scrape, overload, or abuse the Service beyond the access we expressly provide.

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership of the resume data, job descriptions, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending it to third-party AI providers to generate and tailor resumes. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.

6. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and tailor resume content. AI output may contain inaccuracies and is provided for your review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before relying on or submitting it to employers. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, and AI processing. Your use of those features may be subject to the providers' own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by RezAI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no right to use our branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RezAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD $100.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
