Rezai Job Capture saves the job posting you're viewing to your account and can tailor your resume to it — without leaving the page.

Install & connect

1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
2. Open the extension and click Connect Rezai account. A RezAI window opens, you approve the connection, and you're linked — no keys to copy.
3. Prefer manual setup? Generate an API token on your Account page and paste it into the extension's settings instead.

Your token is stored encrypted on your device.

Capturing a job

1. Open a job posting on any job board or company careers page.
2. Click the extension icon. It reads the posting from the current tab and pre-fills the title, company, and location for you to review.
3. Save it. The job appears on your Jobs board with status tracking.

The extension runs only when you click it — no script touches a page until you open the popup on that tab, and nothing is captured until you choose to save.

Tailoring from the popup

After saving, click Tailor in the popup to generate a resume tailored to that posting, with a PDF preview and download right there. The tailored resume is also linked to the job on your Jobs board. See Tailoring & cover letters.

Troubleshooting

• "Your connection expired" — click Reconnect Rezai account in the extension settings and approve again. This re-issues the token; nothing else changes.
• Capture looks wrong or empty — some postings render oddly; edit the pre-filled fields before saving, or copy the description text into a manual job on the Jobs board.
• Saved but not on the Jobs board — refresh the page; if it's still missing, check that the extension is connected to the account you're signed in with.
